JPK Nanowizard 3 UltraSpeed

The UltraSpeed system is equipped with a high precision scanner, with a scan range of 30x30x6 µm and top-view optics. The smaller scan-range is ideal for high resolution imaging of materials and biomolecules. It can also be used together with a high speed z-scanner to image dynamic processes in AC-mode.
